摘要
作者报告￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ－ＭＤＰ骨显象对５３例股骨颈骨折患者的定期随访检查。结果表明，骨显象的动态变化可较准确地了解股骨头的组织学修复与局部代谢过程，伤后１２个月核素摄取比持续在高水平时，预示股骨头组织学修复不良，并将发生股骨头的节段性塌陷。
AbstractA follow- up study regarding the occurrance ofsegmental collapse of femoral head11as been done in 53patients of united femoraI neck fracture including a periodic examination by ￣(99)Tc-MDP scintimetry. The re-sults showed that the sequential variations in the nu-clide uptake ratio of the femoral heads could reflect thehistological repairing process and metabolic level in thefemoral head. A sustainedly high nuclide uptake in 12months after operation often denotes that there are de-fects in the repairing process of the ischemic femoralhead, and that the segmental collapse of the femoralhead will ensue.
