摘要
实现了对Sofradir公司的320×240非致冷红外焦平面偏压电路和基于FPGA的时序驱动电路设计及信号处理,开发出了一种高精度热电稳定器温度控制电路,其温度稳定效果达到±0.005℃.
The bias voltage of the 320×240 uncooled UFPA, provided by Sofradir company, and the time sequence driving circuit based on FPGA were designed successfully. Meanwhile the signal processing circuit was designed. A new temperature control circuit with high precision for thermoelectric cooler (TEC) was presented in this paper. The long term temperature stability is less than 0.005℃.
