小剂量精氨酸加压素治疗感染性休克的应用

摘要
感染性休克是高死亡率疾病。临床上亟需一种有效的血管活性药物,以改善组织灌注。本文综述了精氨酸加压素在感染性休克中的应用机制和临床疗效。
