摘要
近三年来,美元对国际主要货币的汇率频繁下挫,引起了世界各国的极大关注。西方发达国家面对美元缩水的形势,纷纷调整了国际储备战略,黄金再次成为发达国家国际储备的“新宠”。中国是仅次于日本的第二大外汇储备国,目前面临的问题是“外汇储备过高,黄金储备不足”,在金价上涨、美元缩水的情况下,中国成为外汇储备损失最为严重的发展中国家,所以必须采取相应的调整措施。笔者的结论是:合理测算外汇储备的适度规模;适时调整外汇储备结构;抓住机会,增加黄金储备份额,抑制外汇储备缩水和减轻人民币升值的压力;寻求多种政策并用的综合效应。
In the latest three years,the depreciation of U.S dollar affracted the attention of the world.Facing this tre nd,developed countries should alignme nt their tragedies of international reserves,and golden again transformed into a new target.China is the second Largest international Reserves holder following Jap an,and the current problem facing China' s international reserves is too much reserves but golden reserves is deficiency.In the condition of U.S dollar depreciation b ut golden evalua-tion,China has become the most lost developing country,so some measures must be taken into account.As a conclusion:cal-culating the decent international r eserves we need,changing the structure,increasing golden reserves,decreasing the lost and solving the problem of devaluation o f RMB.We should seek the effects of ma ny policies.
