摘要
小企业技术创新需国家为其创造良好的外部环境。我国至今没有建成完善的技术创新服务体系。技术创新人才匮乏,技术创新资金短缺,法律保障体系不健全,导致小企业技术创新所发挥的作用有限。应重视小企业技术创新,以新知识和新技术提高小企业市场竞争力。
The technology innovation for small-scale enterprise need a good external condition that is established by nation. Our nation has not built perfect service system of technology innovation. There are short of technology innovation talent and fund, and law system protected is not perfect, all above lead to limit action of technology innovation for small-scale enterprise. We should put emphasis on the technology innovation for small-scale enterprise, and enhance market competition for small-scale enterprise through new knowledge and technology.
