摘要
20世纪90年代后期以来,加拿大油砂规模开采异军突起,不仅成为加拿大石油工业蒸蒸日上的强劲支柱,而且成为石油工业亦可以非常规石油资源为基础的开端。目前,加拿大艾伯塔省的油砂开采,正在吸引越来越多大石油公司前去投资、开发。文章以艾伯塔油砂为中心,就加拿大石油工业的特点、油砂开采的主要影响因素及油砂开发利用的中加合作等问题,作一些阐述和探讨。
Since the late 1990’s, the large-scale exploitation of oil sand in Canada has developed rapidly, which soon became the strong stanch of flourishing petroleum industry of Canada, but also became the beginning for petroleum industry to develop on the basis of unconventional petroleum resources. At present, the exploitation of oil sand in Alberta Province of Canada is attracting more and more large petroleum companies to invest and develop. Focusing on the Alberta oil sand, this paper made some description and discussion on the characteristics of petroleum industry of Canada, the main affecting factors of oil sand exploitation and Sino-Canada cooperation in development and application of oil sand, and so on.
