摘要
目的 通过分析引起更年期异常阴道流血的病因 ,及早采取相应的诊疗措施。方法 对 62 5例更年期异常阴道流血患者进行分类分析。结果 按病理分类 :良性疾病占 66.6% ,非器质性疾病占 31.8% ,恶性肿瘤占 1.6%。良性疾病中以子宫肌瘤最常见 ,占 4 8.8% ,非器质性疾病中主要为无排卵型功血 ,占 79.4 % ;按出血部位分类 :发生在宫体 530例 ,占 84 .8% ,宫颈 83例 ,占 13.3% ,阴道 10例 ,输卵管 2例 ,以宫体和宫颈部位出血为主。结论 良性疾病和非器质性疾病为引起更年期异常阴道流血的主要原因。积极防治更年期异常阴道流血 ,早期治疗可以阻止恶性肿瘤的发生 ,提高中年妇女的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the causes of climacterium remarkable vagina bleeding (CRVB) and the counter measures to take. Methods 625 cases of CRVB were analyzed from 1998 to 1999.Results Classified pathologically: benign causes of CRVB,66.6%,nonorganic causes, 31.8%,and malignant causes 1.6%. Uterine neoplasms in benign causes were the most common (48.8%).Anovulatory functional bleeding in nonorganic causes were main (79.4%). Classified by bloody area:530 cases of CRVB were in uterine body (84.8%),83 cases of cervix uteri (13.3%),10 cases of vagina,2 cases of fallopiantube, bloody area in uterine body and cervixuteri were main.Conclusion Benign and nonorganic causes are main role of causing CRVB.To actively prevent and treat CRVB, and early treatment may prevent the development of malignant tumors. In this way can it improve the life of mid-aged women.
