分泌性中耳炎中耳积液血小板活化因子的测定 被引量:3

Determination of platelet activating factor in middle ear effusion of patients with secretory oitits media

摘要 目的 :探讨血小板活化因子 (PAF)在分泌性中耳炎 (SOM)发生和转归中的作用。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定了 5 6例 (6 8耳 )SOM患者血浆和中耳积液 (MEE)中PAF的含量 ,并以 4 0例正常人血浆作为对照。结果 :SOM患者MEE中PAF浓度明显高于其血浆中的浓度 (P <0 .0 1) ,SOM患者血浆中PAF浓度明显高于对照组血浆中的浓度 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;黏液性中耳积液中的PAF浓度明显高于浆液性中耳积液中的浓度 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :PAF是SOM中耳积液中的重要炎性递质 ,它与疾病的持续状态相关 。 Objective:To study the role of platelet activating factor (PAF) in the pathogenesis of secretory otitis media (SOM).Method:The content of PAF in blood plasma and middle ear effusion(MEE) were measured in 56(68ears) patients with secretory otitis media and in 40 normal subjects respectively by RP HPLC. Result:The concentration of PAF in MEE was remarkably higher than those in blood plasma (P< 0.01 ).The concentration of PAF in blood plasma in the SOM group was higher than those in the normal control group(P< 0.05 ). The concentration of PAF of MEE in the mucous fluid group was higher than those in the serous fluid group(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion:PAF might be an important mediator in MEE of SOM, it might be closely related to the persistence of SOM, and might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SOM.
