摘要
对某深基坑工程施工过程采用安全监测和信息化施工手段 ,安全监测内容包括基坑边坡坡顶位移监测、维护桩水平位移和桩身钢筋应力的监测、锚杆拉力的监测 ,使得此深基坑工程的安全施工有了可靠的保证 ,从安全监测的结果来看 ,此深基坑工程设计合理 ,施工质量可靠 ,是大型深基坑工程中成功的支护工程之一。
The present paper is dealing with the safely monitoring in deep pit project sustaining operations. As is known, it has become a more and more important construction link to do effective safety monitoring and control in underground operations so as to guarantee the safety and security both of the engineering project itself and the man power working over there. Therefore, efficient scientific measures should be taken to get adequate locale safety monitoring data to the maximum extent in accordance with the foundation timbering technique rules so as to prevent the timbering structures from falling, destruction or any other on spot accidents. With the monitoring data and statistics as a guide, information database construction should be stressed from the very beginning through to the end of the whole project, which helps to optimize the construction course as well as the project design. To show the importance of the monitoring information database construction, the author takes the deep foundation pit of 220 kV underground transformer substation of Shenzhen for a case study. The substation has a 3 storied basement with depth of 14.40 m. Its high pressure swaying jet proof curtain and pile anchor timbering are used for bracing. As locale managers, the authors have experienced the whole construction process. To their knowledge, the total safety monitoring work consists of three sections: the monitoring of the top displacement of the side slope of foundation pit; that of the level displacement and reinforcing steel bar stress of timbering picket; and that of the anchor pull. It is just by establishing the construction monitoring information feed back system that the construction technique and design parameters ca be rectified efficiently. Though the total deep foundation pit sustaining project is to be completed this year, the testing results of the safety monitoring system are satisfactory, which serves as a symbol of our research work. Thus, our engineering practice has proved the applicability and feasibility of the safety monitoring and information construction methods.
