摘要
学校是继承和发展民族传统体育的主渠道,在高校开展民族传统体育项目可以丰富高校体育课的内容,培养学生民族自豪感和爱国主义热情,促进中华传统文化的传播与发展。
Educational institntions are main channel to inherit and develop the national and traditional sports.Developing the traditional sports not only enriches the content of colleges and univers ities' physical edueation and cultivates t he students' nationa-lism and patriotism ,but also promotes the spreading and development of t he traditional culture.
