摘要
分析５３例老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用血液透析治疗的临床资料。认为虽然老年是不可否认的高危因素，但血液透析疗效肯定，故早期接受血透治疗为宜。心血管疾病及感染是老年透析患者的主要并发症和死亡因素。建立良好的血管通路是保障老年患者长期透析的必备条件，应用钛环作动静脉内瘘对老年患者较适宜。此外，合理的营养是提高老年患者生存率不可忽视的因素。
Abstract Fifty-three elderly patients over 60 years with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis were analyzed.It is shown that hemodialysis is an effective treatment for elderly patients with chronic renal failure, although age is an indisputable high risk factor. However, early dialysis should be recommended, because cardiovascular disorders and infections are the main complications and causes of death. Good and efficient blood access is necessary for long-term hemodialysis and titanium ring is suitable for A-V fistulation. Nutrition is also an innegligible factor for raising the survival rate of elderly patients on hemodialysis.
