摘要
本文讨论了机床主轴中常用的一种双列向心滚子轴承的径向预紧方法。从限制主轴中心漂移的准则出发,对轴承施行全预紧,根据弹性力学线接触受力与变形公式求得所需预紧力的大小,以及应施加于调节螺母的扭矩;其次探讨了轴承预紧后主轴刚度的计算及其相应提高的效果;最后根据预紧力与外加径向载荷叠加后的轴承载荷分布理论,推导出预紧后滚动轴承当量动载荷的计算公式,从而得出轴承预紧后,一方面能提高主轴的旋转精度,另一方面会大大降低轴承寿命的结论。
This paper discusses the method of radial preloading of doublerow tapered-bore cylindrical roller bearing. This paper also makes relation to the calculation Of the rigidity of the spindle after the preloading of the bearing. A formula for calculating the equivalent radial load of the roller bearing after preloading is derived. It is concluded that after the preloading of the bearing the rotation precision of the spindle can be improved while the bearing life is greatly affected.
