摘要
液压马达最低稳定转速判定是目前国际上急待解决的课题。本文对日本市川常雄教授关于“爬行”的研究进行了拓展,推导出了一系列液压马达低速指标计算公式,并以Staffa型液压马达为具体研究对象,进行了理论计算、台架试验测定和计算机仿真,其结果有较好的一致,从而实现了对液压马达最低稳定转速进行预估和标定。
How to determine the minumum steady rotatory speed of the hydraulic motor is a problem which is to be solved urgently. This paper develops Prof. Ichi1aw's creep theory. A series of creep ealculation formulas of the hydraulic motor are devrived. Taking Staffa motor for example, this paper conducts theoretical calculation and some experiments and computer simulation. The results are in such correspondence that it is possible to pre-estimate and determine the minimum steady rotatory speed.
