摘要
本文研究了坡口表面的含铝涂层对铸铁焊缝及熔合区的石墨化作用。介绍了在此基础上研制成功的能降低焊缝硬度,消除半熔化区白口从而提高其抗裂性的一种强石墨化涂料。
This paper investigates the graphitizing effect of Al-alloyed coating on the surface of the grooves on the gray iron weld and bond metal. Based on it, a powerful graphitized coating flux is developed, capable of reducing weld hardness and eliminating white iron of the partial melting region so as to enhance its crack resistance.
