摘要
目的 探讨医院细菌污染情况，为减少医源性感染提供依据。方法 空气中细菌污染采用平板暴露法，医护人员手、消毒剂等采用连续划线分离培养法。结果 空气污染率为６３ ．２６ ％ ，医护人员手污染率为４６ ．１５ ％ ，消毒液的污染率为１０ ．５３ ％ 。结论 医院污染较严重，医源性感染问题亟待解决。
Objective To investigate the state of bacteria contamination in hospitals and provide the basis for lessening the iatrical infections. Methods The bacteria contamination in the air was testified by the plating exposuring method,and that of hands of medical staff and the disinfectants by the instantly streaking plating method . Results The rates of bacteria contamination of the air,the hands of medical staff and the disinfectants were 63.26%,46.15%,10.53% respectively. Conclusion There is a serious bacteria contamination in hospitals,the problem of iatrical infections is urgent to be solved.
