摘要
本室对疑有染色体异常指征的患者657例作了染色体检测,结果发现染色体畸变者108例(检出率为16.7％),属35种染色体异常核型,其中5种为世界首报核型,1种为国内首报核型。
The karyotype of the 657 patieats were analysed by using of technique of chromosome G-band. The results showed that there were 108 cases of abnormal karytypes in the patients (17.7%) . Five of them were the abnormal karyotypes which were first found in the world, and one of them was first discoved in our country.
