摘要
目前,国有企业的产权制度在很多方面都存在一系列的问题:既有产权结构上的,也有产权关系上的;既有利益分配方面的,也有权力与义务的设定方面的。本文从剩余索取权、剩余支配权、产权结构角度总结出国有企业的三大难题,并提出相应的对策。
Nowadays, there are many existing problems in property institution in state-owned enterprise, such as property construction, property relationship, profit distribution and the classification of the rights and duties. From the perspective of the residual claim, residual manipulation and property construction, this paper tries to explore the difficulties in state -owned enterprise. Meanwhile, some countermeasures are also presented here.
