摘要
目的:了解江门市区娱乐场所桑拿人群HIV的感染状况,为AIDS/HIV的预防控制提供科学依据。方法:按照《全国HIV检测操作规范》的程序,筛查采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),确认采用蛋白印迹法,检测HIV抗体。确认HIV抗体阳性者统计为HIV感染数。结果:2001年至2003年共检测3765人,未检出HIV抗体阳性者。结论:2001年至2003年江门市区桑拿人群中未发现HIV感染者,是控制HIV性传播的关键时期,必须采取行之有效的措施,以控制HIV在该人群流行。
Objective To learn the infected situation of HIV who working with public place in Jiangmen city, order to offer scientific basis in prevention and control of AIDS/HIV. Methods According to the National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS to detected the antibody of HIV, the sieving exmines by ELISA and confirmed by westeru Blot. Results Total of 3765 people were surveyed in 2001 to 2003,of which there were not HIV-Ab positive case. Conclusion It did not find HIV infected cases among public place workers in Jiangmen city in 2001 to 2003, it is the key to control propagation of HIV affection among sex ,so we must take good measure to control the spread of HIV.
