摘要
报道１９８０年１月～１０８９年６月，应用近排腕骨切除腕关节成形术治疗陈旧性腕骨骨折脱位１７例远期效果，经平均随访６．５年，其中１６例腕痛消失，１例腕背伸时轻度疼痛不适。腕关节活动度显著增加．握力达到健侧握力的５５％。Ｘ线片检查未见骨关节炎改变，腕关节稳定。除３例因严重合并伤，丧失劳动力以外，１４例均恢复原工作。
AbstractSeventeen cases of old fracture dislocationof the carpal bones were treated by arthroplastywith proximal row carpectomy.The follow upperiod extended from 3 12 years with an averageof 6.5 vears,Wrist pain was completely relievedin 1 6 cases and 1 case had some residual discom-fort during dorsal extension, Motion of the wristand grip strength were markedly improved. Noarthritic changes were seen on the x ray films.14 patients resumed their original work and 3 losttheir work because of their severe concomitant in- Juries.
