摘要
针对河南省遂平县781废矿基本自然环境、矿区破坏现状、对环境造成的危害进行了论述。提出具体的有针对性的治理措施。通过781废矿区的矿山治理,可控制废矿渣中的核辐射对人和牲畜、水质、植物等的危害,消除人们的恐惧心理,体现了党和政府"以人为本"的思想。
<Abstrcat>This paper discribes the basic natural environment, status of the waste mining area, and potential hazards. The controlling measures are suggested to deal with nuclear radiation pollution.
