摘要
肩胛上神经卡压症罕见，迄今为止文献报告中病例数较少。我院１９８８年１０月～１９９１年１月接诊１２例，男６例，女６例，年龄１８～７８岁。诊断要点为后肩胛部疼痛，肩胛上切迹和冈下肌压痛，冈上肌和冈下肌萎缩，肩外旋力减弱和异常肌电图。１例行肩肿上韧带切断减压术，１例未接受治疗，其余１０例封闭治疗。１１例经６～２６月的观察结果，优６例，良４例，可１例。
AbstractSuprascapular nerve entrapment is uncommondisease,there has been a few cases reported it theIiteratuses up to now. 12 cases included 6 mansand 6 females were observed in our hospital, fromOct,1988 to Jan,1991,the age is from 18 to 78. The diagnosis were depended On the symp-toms and signs with scapulalgia the tenderness ofsuprascapular notch and infraspinatus muscle.Suprascapular or infraspinatus muscle atrophy andthe limitation of range of motion at the externalrotatlon are also common findings in patients aswell as the E.M.G abnormal findings.Oniy onecase has been operated in with release of thesuprascapular transverse ligament. One case wasnot treated by any means.10 cases were treated byregional block 11 cases with 6 to 26 months fol-lowed up.6 cases were excellent and 4 cases goodand other one with no change.
