脑出血急性期T波电交替和Q-T离散度分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血患者急性期心电图T波电交替和Q-T离散度变化与出血部位的关系。方法:选择65例脑出血急性期患者作为研究组,选择同期72例健康体检者作为对照组,应用标准12导联心电图,分析不同出血部位对心电图T波电交替和Q-T离散度的影响。结果:研究组Q-T离散度较对照组明显延长,T波电交替发生率增加;双侧内囊内侧型、右侧额颞叶、脑干和脑室出血较其他部位出血Q-T离散度较明显延长,T波电交替发生率增加。结论:脑出血患者心电图T波电交替和Q-T离散度变化与出血部位有明显相关性。 Objective to explore the relation between T wave alternations and QT dispersion of electrocardiograph and the locus of cerebral hemorrhage on early cerebral hemorrhage patient. Method To choose 65 patients with early cerebral hemorrhage as research groups, and meanwhile choose 72 patients of health examination as control groups, to analyse the influence of the cerebral hemorrhage locus on T wave alternations and QT dispersion with standard 12 lead electrocardiograph. Results the QT dispersion of research groups was longer than that of control groups; the incidence of T wave alternations on research groups was higher than that of control groups; the QT dispersion was longer and the incidence of T wave alternation was increasing on both inside internal capsule、right forehead and temporal lobe、brain stem and ventricular than other locus. Conclusion there are correlation between T wave alternations and QT dispersion of electrocardiograph and the locus of cerebral hemorrhage on early cerebral hemorrhage patient.
