摘要
论述了采访人员必须具备信息意识的问题,指出信息能力贯穿于采访工作的各个环节,提出要从信息意识素养、信息道德素养和信息能力素养等3个方面提高采访人员的信息素质。
This paper discusses on the problem of that the acquisitioning personnel must possess the information consciousness, points out that the information ability is required in each link of the acquisitioning work, and puts forward the suggestion of improving the information quality of the acquisitioning personnel from three aspects of the information consciousness, information ethics and information ability.
