探讨了网络环境下图书馆的功能,指出图书馆是学习与思考的场所,是交流与沟通的场所,是收集与咨询信息的场所,是实施教育的场所,也是知识创新的场所。
This paper discusses on the functions of the library under the network environment and points out that the library is the place for learning and considering, exchanging and communicating, information collecting and consulting, education practicing, and knowledge innovating, etc.
