摘要
图书馆的人文关怀体现在流通部工作人员的服务之中,流通人员的素质是图书馆人文精神的重要指标。根据目前我国高校图书馆流通人员素质现状,要强化图书馆人文精神,必须大力提高流通人员素质。
The serve of circulating personnel embodys human thought of library, and the character of circulating personnel is an important indicatrix of human spirit at library. According to the present character of circulating personnel, if we want to intensify the human spirit, we have to improve the character of circulating personnel greatly.
