摘要
作者研究了与小鼠脾脏NK细胞辐射效应有关的因素和机理。16Gyγ射线照射可使小鼠脾脏NK活性降低和NK细胞毒素因子分泌减少,组化染色显示照射使脾脏效应细胞中NK细胞含量、NK细胞中颗粒数目下降,并使NK细胞中酸性磷酸酶活性减弱,而小鼠或效应细胞用IL-2预处理则可有效地防止上述各指标的降低甚至使之回复至正常范围以上,这提示上述各因素与NK细胞的功能及其辐射效应密切相关.同时射线使小鼠内源性IL-2产生能力降低,但IL-2产生与NK活性二者对辐射的反应性明显不同,说明IL-2仅是参与对NK细胞功能及其辐射效应的调控。而不是其唯一的决定因素.
Some related factors and mechanism of radiation effect on NK cellswere investigated' A gamma-ray doseof 16 Gy decreased the splenic NKactiyity of mice, the secretion ofnatural killer cytotoxic factors(NKCF),the amount of azurophilic granules and the activity of acid phosphoesterase in NK cells, whilepretreatment of mice or effectorcells with IL--2 could effectiyelyprevent the above^mentioned decreases, suggesting the close relationship of all these factors to theactivity abed radiation effect of NKcells' Decrease in endogenous splenicIL--2 production after irradiation wasalso observed, but it did noL accordwith the change in NK activity'Hence,IL--2 might be one of the important regulating factors, rather thanonly an determining factor of NKactivity and its radiation effect'
