摘要
苦瓜含有三萜、甾体类、生物碱、蛋白、有机酸及糖类等多种活性化学成分,具有降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抑菌等多种药理活性。本文系统地回顾了近30年来苦瓜药理作用的研究概况,着重介绍了国内外对苦瓜中三萜、甾体及多肽类成分的降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒,抗生育等药理作用的研究进展。
Momordica charantia. L contains various active chemical components such as triterpenes, steroids, alkaloids, proteins, organic acids and sugars. It has various pharmacological activities including antidiabetic, anticancer, antivirus and antibacterium. This article systematically reviewed advances in studies on pharmacological functions of Momordica charantia. L in the past 30 years. Advances in the pharmacological functions of triterpenes, steroids and peptides on antidiabetic, anticancer, antivirus and antifertility were intensively surveyed.
