进入21世纪,我国成人教育要实现科学和谐发展的目标,关键是要建立与市场需求互动的人才培养模式,在以人为本的原则下,通过建立与市场需求互动式人才培养机制、动态教学管理机制、现代化的管理体制,实现成人教育与社会经济发展的和谐发展。
Entering the 21 century,the goal of adult education in our country is the scientific and harmonious development.To achieve this,we should establish a talent-training pattern interacting with the market requirement.And on the foundation of humanity,we get the harmonious development of the adult education and the society and economy development, by way of establishing a talent-training mechanism,a dynamic teaching management mechanism and a modernized management requirement.
