摘要
笔者应用Nd:YAG(掺钕铱铝石榴石激光器)为激光源,以裸光纤和金属两种探头组成光纤一导管共轴系统和光纤-气囊导管共轴系统,对16只活狗的股动脉血栓模型进行了激光血管成形术的分组实验。结果表明:光纤-导管共轴系统中50%(4/8)发生穿孔。其中裸光纤组(3/4)明显高于金属探头组(1/3)。而光纤-气囊导管共轴系统穿孔率仅为12.5%(1/8)。由于对激光再通术后的血栓病变进行了气囊扩张,使血管内腔的有效直径明显扩大。结论:激光血管成形术对于治疗血管阻塞性疾病是一种有效的方法。在减少血管壁穿孔方面,光纤-气囊导管共轴系统方法明显优于光纤-导管共轴方法,采用金属探头的方法明显优于裸光纤头的方法。
Percutaneous transluminal laser angioplasty was done in 16 dogs.Two different fibertips,bare tip and metal probe,connected to fiber-catheter coaxial system(FCCS)and fiber-ballooncatheter coaxial system (FBCCS)coupled to a Nd: YAG laser were used to recanalize thrombosedfemoral arteries in 16 dogs. The results showed that vessel perforation was found in 50%(4/8)inFCCS group,in which the bare tip group(3 /4)had higher incidence than the metal group(1/3).Theperforation rate of FBCCS was only 12.5%(1/8).In conclusion:FBCCS is better than FCCS andmetal probe better than bare tip in term of reducing vessel perforation.
