普鲁卡因阻滞对神经断伤所致神经元变性的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Procaine Block on Degeneration of Neurons Caused by Axon Transection

摘要 以大鼠制作实验模型,观察臂丛神经根切断前用2%普鲁卡因阻滞近段神经干对神经切断所致神经元变性的影响。实验结果表明:普鲁卡因阻滞对脊髓神经元有明显保护作用。 prague-dawley rats were chosen as animal models. The degeneration of neurons was studied after transecting their axonsblocked by procaine. The outcome of experiment showed that the blocking of procaine could protect the neurons of spinal cord fromthe degeneration caused by axon transection.
