摘要
用14条羊手术法损伤左心二尖瓣腱索乳头肌制成急性二尖瓣关闭不全(AMR)模型。两维彩色血流图(2D─CDFI)在羊心表面直接观察AMR的各种回声表现与形成机理,并经生理检测与大体解剖所见验证。结论为本研究获得的结果可做为临床诊断AMR的超声依据。
In this experiment we made an animal model of acute mitral regurgitation (AMR) by surgical injuring mitral chordae tendineae and papillary muscles in 14 goats hearts. We detected various echo manifestations and analysed the mechanism of AMR by 2D color Doppler flowing image (2DCDFI) from the surface of hearts. The results were identified with those of physiologic detection and observation of gross specimen. Conclusion: the 2D-CDFI manifestation of AMR in the experiment may be regarded as a basis for ultrasonic diagnosis of AMR in clinics.
