摘要
用0、2 5、5 0、10 0 m g/kg浓度的多效唑处理黄棕壤,研究其对土壤微生物数量及土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,在本实验的浓度范围内,多效唑处理可增加土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌的数量,提高土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性,其最佳处理浓度为5 0
The effects of different concentrations (0, 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg) of paclobutrazol (PP333) on the number of microorganism in brownyellow soil and the activity of some enzyme in the soil were researched. The results showed that, within the range of the concentration, PP0333 could increase the biomass of the bacteria, actinomyces and fungi, and the activity of urease and catalase in the soil. The best concentration was 50mg/kg.
