摘要
以八个草坪草品种为试验材料,引用12 .5 m mol/ L Na2 CO3处理后,对其根系活力和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,在用12 .5 m mol/ L Na2 CO3胁迫初期,八个草坪草品种的根系活力都较处理前有不同程度的减小,在胁迫中期,有一个根系活力增大的过程,除织女星外其余7个品种后来均有下降趋势。蛋白质含量在胁迫过程中呈波浪状变化;除萨卡尼外其余7个品种均较处理前含量降低。对午夜进行不同浓度的处理后,其过氧化氢酶和SOD酶活性均较处理前有所增加,但后来两者均有下降趋势。
Eight varieties of grass carpet were treated with 12.5mmol/L Na 2CO 3 to learn the effect on radical activity and the protein content. The results showed that during the primary stage after the treatment, the radical activities in all varieties of the grasses were dropped in different levels. In the mid stage, a course of activity arising emerged in all the varieties, and then the activity dropped down except one variety called Zhinuxing. The protein contents in all the grasses illustrated a wave-like change during the experiment. And at the end of the test, all the varieties, except Sacaney, showed lower protein content than before the treatment. The activities of catalase and SOD in the early mature variety, Midnight, increased after treated with various concentrations of the chemical, but then tended to decrease.
