摘要
用氟哌酸和黄连素对20株携有接合传递耐药性质粒(R质粒)及19株携有非接合传递耐药性质粒(r质粒)志贺氏菌进行体外消除研究。结果显示,可被消除的耐药性质粒大多数在24小时内被消除。氟哌酸对R质粒及r质粒消除率分别为5%和52.6%,黄连素对R质粒及r质粒消除率分别为10%和57.9%,两种药物对r质粒消除率明显优于对R质粒消除率,其原因可能与r质粒分子量小,非传递性及在药物作用下易于丢失有关。氟哌酸和黄连素均为广谱抗菌药物,因此在临床上治疗感染的同时又能消除耐药性质粒,阻止耐性扩散。
Elimination of conjugative drug resistance (R) plasmids and nonconjugative drug resistance(r)plasmids from 20 and 19 Shigella strains respectively by norfloxacin and berberine in vitro were analysed. The result showed that most of the drug resistance plasmids which can be eliminated by norfloxacin and berberine were cured in 24 hours. Cured frequency of R plasmids from 20 Shigella strains by norfloxacin and berber- ine were 5%and l0% respectively,and that of r plasmids from 19 Shigella strains were 52.6%and57.9% by norfloxacin and berberine respectively.Elimination of r plasmids was observed at higher frequency as compared with R plasmids from Shigella.The reason for elimination at high frequency of r plasmids had concern with r plasmids which had less molecular weight,nonconjugation and easy deletion under the action of drugs.Norfloxacin and berberine can cure infectious diseases as well as prevent the spread of drug resistance,because they are broad-spectrum antibiotics.
