摘要
本文通过对经手术和病理证实的８例肝脏炎性假瘤超声表现的分析，认为肝脏炎性假瘤的声像图征象是非特异性的，仅凭声像图鉴别原发性肝癌和炎性假瘤十分困难。提高术前诊断肝脏炎性假瘤的准确性，必须紧密结合临床。对年龄较轻、临床过程较长、症状少、甲胎蛋白阴性，无肝病背景的肝内单发不均质肿块，应高度怀疑为炎性假瘤。结合病史及其他检查，并在保守治疗的同时进行短期随访，观察肿块大小变化，必要时在超声引导下穿刺活检、可避免某些不必要的手术。
Ultrasonic appearances of eight cases of hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed in this article.It is thought that the sign of ultrasonograms of the hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor is not specific and it is very difficult to differentiate the hepatic in flammatory pseudotumor from the primary liver cancer(PLC)according to the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis for the hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor.The intrahepatic single and heterogeneous mass with younger age,longer clinical course,less symptom,AFP(-)and liver disease-free background should be highly suspected as the hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor.The certain unnecessary operation will be avoided if the medical histories and the other examination are combined and the changes of tumor vol-ume are observed during the short term follow-up in the meantime of the conservative treatment.The fine needle is used by ultrasonic guidance if necessary.
