摘要
本文通过５１例手术病理证实为胰头癌的患者，回顾其术前Ｂ超、ＥＲＣＰ及ＣＴ的检查，并对此三项作了比较，得出Ｂ超检查优于ＥＲＣＰ及ＣＴ，其阳性率分别为７９．５％、７０％和６２．８％。三项检查如能相互结合，则可进一步提高胰腺癌的确诊率。
In 51 patients who suffered from the cancer of pancreatic head confirmed by operation and pathology,their US, ERCP and CT examinations performed in preoperetional period were reviewed and compared. We obtained following results US, examinations is superior to ERCP and CT,their positive rate for diagnosis are 79.5 %, 70% and 62.8% respectively. For the improvement of diagnostic accuracy,the combination of B-mode ultreronography with ERCP and CT were highly recommended.
