西安顺宇水泥有限公司新建预热预分解窑采用二级高固气比预热器技术,物料在预热器内运动顺畅, 一级旋风筒废气出口温度可以降到310℃,吨熟料热耗3 557kJ/t,熟料平均台时产量25 t/h。
The newly-built preheating and precalcining kiln by Xi'an Shunyu cement Co., Ltd adopts two-stage preheater technology with high solid and gas ratio shows the material passing freely in preheater. The exhaust outlet temperatureofprimarycyclone can reduce to310℃, thermal consumption per ton clinker is 3 557 kJ/t, and the clinker production capacity reaches 25 t/h.
