摘要
目的:评价益心舒胶囊与美西律联合治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:将60例室性期前收缩患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组用益心舒胶囊加美西律治疗,对照组用美西律治疗,疗程均为4周。用动态心电图(Holter)检测24h内室性期前收缩次数。结果:入选者性别、年龄、体重及24h室性期前收缩次数差异无统计学意义。用药4周疗效(以Holter为准)比较,治疗组总有效率为96.9%。对照组为73.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益心舒胶囊联合美西律治疗室性期前收缩有显著疗效,比单独用美西律治疗室性期前收缩效果好。
Objective:To assess the curative effect of a combination of Yixinshu and Mexiletine in patients with premature ventricular beats(PVB). And find a new way of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating PVB.Method: Sixty patients with PVB were randomly divideded into two groups:Yixinshu plus Mexiletine group (Study group, n=30) and Mexiletine group (control group, n=30).Those patients were treated for four weeks.We used Holter to monitor the times of PVB in 24 hours before and after treatment. Result: There was no statistical difference among enrolled people in sex, age, weight and the times of PVB in 24 hours.We used the result of Holter after treating four weeks as the level of two groups.Study group: the total efficacy rate of Yixinshu combined with Mexiletine was 97%.The total efficacy rate of Mexiletine was 72%.There was stastical difference in two groups (P< 0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of Yixinshu combined with Mexiletine in treating PVB is very obvious and better than that of Mexinletine alone.
