摘要
本文对汽车排气消声器常用消声结构的消声性能数学模型和空气阻力损失数学模型进行了探讨,提出了利用极差分析法在计算机上对消声器结构性能参数进行优化的方法。并通过设计计算得出了NJD131载货汽车排气消声器的优化结果。
In this paper, the mathematical models of accoustic performance and air-damping loss of the muffler which is always used are disscussed. The method for optimization of the structure and performance of the muffler by using the orthogonal limiting error analysis method in computer is also presented. By designing and calculating, the opitimum result of NJD-131 truck exhaust muffler is obtained.
