摘要
本文根据抽样估计的理论,对小样本的估计误差进行了分析,得出一种利用小样本计算工序能力指数的有效方法。这对于无法取得大样本或无法经济地取得大样本的工序计算工序能力指数,有一的定实用价值。
In this paper, the estimated error from the small sample has been analyzed by applying the theory of sampling estimation,and an effective method to calculate the process capability index by means of the small sample has been found. The method is practically valuable to calculating the process capability index for those from which the large sample can not be earned or economioally earned.
