摘要
目的:了解宁海县居民伤害死亡特征,探讨影响居民伤害死亡的各种因素,为制定伤害干预提供依据。方法:对2000～2003年死亡登记系统资料按ICD-9、ICD-10分类,进行伤害致居民死因分析。结果:伤害死亡率71.45/10万,机动车辆交通事故、自杀、意外跌落是主要原因。0～14岁儿童伤害死亡前2位原因是淹死、交通事故,中青年组为交通事故与自杀,老年人是意外跌落和自杀。伤害的潜在寿命损失最大,平均减寿率为13.89‰,居死因首位。结论:伤害是导致居民死亡的一个主要原因,已成为重要公共卫生问题,开展伤害干预已成紧迫工作。
Objective:To understand the causes of injury death in Ninghai County, and to provide information for injury prevention and research. Methods: The death data diseases surveillance spots during 2000～2003 in Ninghai was analyzed by the death cause classification with the ICD-9, ICD-10 ,and analysis the death cause of injury. Results:The injury mortality rate was 71.45/100 000. The main injury death causes were the traffic accident, suicide and accident fall-off. The front two injury death causes of children were drown and traffic accident ,medium youth were traffic accident and suicide, old age were accident fall-off and suicide. The injury's average PYLL was 13.89%, resides the first death cause. Conclusions:Injury was the main death cause, and it has become the important public hygiene problem, the intervention to have become the urgent work.
