摘要
为了研究益血宁体内给药对615小鼠NK和LAK细胞活性的影响,应用LDH释放改良法测定NK细胞活性和LAK细胞活性,其结果表明,本复方体内给药可提高615小鼠NK细胞活性(p<0.01),及LAK细胞活性(0.1>p>0.05),由此提示,本方的抗肿瘤的协同作用可能在免疫过程中的始动阶段,增加NK细胞的活性及提高其对IL—2的敏感程度,达到降低IL—2用量仍不降低其LAK活性的目的。本方不仅单纯具有升白作用,而且有广泛的免疫调节作用。
In order to research the influence of 'yixuening'medicalcd on the activity of NK cell and LAK cell,we applied LDH method to determine the activity of NKcel! and LAK cell. The results showed that the complex prescription could increase the activity of NKcell in 615 mouse(P<0. 01) .strengthen the activity of LAK cell (0. 1>P>0. 05). All indicated that the synergism effect of anticancer of the prescription may be at the begining stage of im-munologic process. The dosage of 1L - 2 could be lowedby increasing the activity of NK cell and its sensitivit of to IL - 2, but the activity of LAK cell couldn't be influenced. The prescription not only has leukogenic effects but also has extensive im-munoregulatory effects.
