摘要
鉴定高原植物唐古特大黄(RheumtanguticumMaxim.exBalf)的根茎中的大黄降脂素(Rhapontinum)。采用元素分析(EA)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外光谱(UV)等分析方法,测定其理化常数和波谱数据,鉴定其化学结构。确证从唐古特大黄中所得到的黄色针状结晶化合物为大黄降脂素,化学名3,3′5′-三羟基-4-甲氧基芪-3'-β-D-葡萄糖甙,其提取量8%左右。首次从藏药唐古特大黄中分离出高含量的上述化合物。
In this paper identifieate Rhapontinum in roots of rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. Methods EA, MS, FTIR and UV spectrometry wereemployed. The yellow needle-shaped crystal chemicals that obtained from Rheumtanguticum Maxim. ex Balf were identifed to be rhapontinum(3,3',5'-trihydroxy-4-methoxystilbene-3'-13-D-glucopyranoside ) and its contents were abouteight percent.It is the first time for high content Rhapontinum to be obtained from Rheum tanguticum Maxim of plateau plant.
