摘要 目的研究高能磷酸钛氧钾晶体(KTP)激光膀胱颈汽化术治疗女性膀胱出口梗阻的有效性和安全性。方法2004年2至12月对17例有梗阻症状的女性膀胱出口梗阻患者应用功率为80W的KTP激光行女性膀胱颈部汽化术治疗。患者年龄24~82岁。术前留置导尿管5例,余12例患者平均最大尿流率为8.3ml/s。结果本组患者的手术时间为10~20min,平均13min。术后1d拔除导尿管,所有患者排尿通畅。术后随访2~10个月,平均4.8个月;出院时最大尿流率平均为18.7ml/s,随访时为23.4ml/s。结论KTP激光膀胱颈部汽化术是一种安全、有效的治疗女性膀胱出口梗阻的微侵袭性方法。 Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of high-power Potassium titanyl phosphate(KTP) laser vaporization of bladder neck for treatment of bladder outlet obstruction in women. Methods 17 patients, between the age of 24-82 years, diagnosed as bladder outlet obstruction underwent vaporization of bladder neck utilizing an 80 W KTP laser between February 2004 and December 2004. With presense of urinary retention, indwelling catheter was required for 1 to 8 months in 5 patients; the mean Qmax was 8.3 ml/s in the remainder cases. Results The operation duration was 10-20 minutes(mean 13 min). At 2-10 months follow up, the mean Qmax increased to 23.4 ml/s. Conclusions These early results demonstrate that KTP laser vaporization of bladder neck is easy to perform, outcoming with rapid and effective relief for bladder neck obstruction in women suffering from minimal complications.
