摘要
目的:为探究国人卵圆孔的准确径值提供依据。方法:观测78例颅骨,156侧(男104侧,女52侧)卵圆孔的形态和径值。结果:国人的卵圆孔可分为5种类型:卵圆形、圆形、梨形、长条形、肾形;长径均值为7.54mm,宽径均值为3.66mm。结论:卵圆孔在性别、侧别上存在差异,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。
Objectve:To provide anatomic data for stutying the measurement of Foramen Ovale Cranium(collected from Nantong and Tangshan human, China). Methods:The size, shape of the foramen ovale were observed and measured in 156 sides of 78 adult skulls(52 pairs of male's and 36 pairs female's). Results:There are five forms of Foramen Ovale Cranium in Chinese people:ovale shape,round shape,pear shape,long shape and kidney shape. The long diameter of foramen oval is 7.54 mm as the average. And the average width of foramen ovale is 3.66 mm. Couclusion:The length and breadth of Foramen Ovale Cranium differ greatly in different sexes and sides.
