摘要
目的 探讨不稳定性浮肩损伤的手术治疗方法。方法 对1999年6月-2003年9月间收治16例不稳定性浮肩损伤病例通过采用手术治疗进行分析。结果 随访8-24个月,16例全部治愈,按照Herscovici 的肩关节的评定标准:优5例;良9例;可2例。结论 不稳定性浮肩损伤通过采用手术治疗,固定可靠、稳定,可使肩关节早期功能锻炼。
Objective To evaluate the effects of operative treatment of unstable floating shoulder injury.Methods The effect of 16 patents with unstable floating shoulder injury for operative treatment from June 1999 to September 2003 were analyzed.Results The follow-up, ranging from eight to twenty months,showed that good treatment was obtained in all the cases. According to Herscovici's standard of shoulder joint, excellent :5 cases; good :9 cases ; common :2 cases.Conclusion Operative treatment of unstable floating shoulder injury has satisfactory results with stability and firm fixation.It helps the patients to practise early exercises of shoulder joints.
