摘要
目的 本研究旨在探索经胸超声心动图(TTE)在房间隔缺损封堵术中的临床应用。方法 全组共52例, 年龄(27±4)岁(3-62岁)。在X线透视及超声心动图监视下从右股静脉经导管置入封堵器封堵房间隔缺损。观察术后当时、术后24小时、1个月、3个月分别行经胸超声心动图评价治疗效果。结果 手术3个月后未见残余分流,其中1例因房间隔缺损过大而行手术治疗,成功率98.1%。ASD封堵治疗术后3个月右室舒张末期前后径、右室舒张末期容积、右室收缩末期容积均较术前明显缩小( P<0.05)。结论 应用房间隔封堵器是治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损的有效方法, 经胸超声心动图在指导手术成功及术后疗效评价中起着重要作用。
Objective To research the clinical application of transthoracicecho cardiography in transcatheter closure of ostium secundum atrial septal defects using Atrial septal occluder.Methods Fifty-two patients, aged 3-62 years with a mean of 27±4 years, underwent the transcatheter closure operation for ostium secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) using atrial septal occluder under the guidance of fluoroscopy and transthoracic echocardiography. Transthoracic echocardiography were performed immediately and were done 24h,1 month and 3 months after procedures to evaluate the curative effectiveness using transthoracic echocardiography.Results The treatment efficiency of 52 patients was satisfied. No residual shunt was found in all patients 3 months after the procedures. One patient was performed operation because of ASD was big. The successful rate was 98.1%. 3 months after transcatheter closure operation, right ventricular end diastolic diameter (RVEDD), right ventricular end diastolic volume(RVEDV), right ventricular end systolic volume(RVESV) decreased significantly than before.Conclusion It is a effective method of transcatheter closure operation for ostium secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) using atrial septal occluder. Transthoracic echocardiography acts as a important role in successful operation and evaluating the short-term and long-term therapeutic effectiveness.
