摘要
目的 探讨膀胱癌行膀胱全切回肠膀胱术的临床治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析1991年1月-2003年6月19例膀胱肿瘤行全膀胱切除、回肠膀胱术治疗的临床病例资料。结果 19例中17例获得随访。17例随访1-12年,平均5.5年,五年生存率64.7%。结论 全膀胱切除是浸润性膀胱癌治疗的首选方法。回肠膀胱术简单易行、术后并发症少、疗效确切,仍是一种较为理想的尿流改道方式。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of radical cystectomy and ileal conduit.Methods Retrospective analysis the treatment and effect of 19 bladder cancer patients who treated by radical cystectomy and ileal conduit in our hospital form january 1991 to june 2003.Results 17 of the patients were followed up.The following up time was 1-12 years.The average was 5.5 years.The 5-year survival rate had been 64.7%.Conclusion Radical cystectomy is the optimal in treating invasive bladder tumor and ileal conduit is a ideal means of urinary diversion which is simple with minimal complications.
