摘要
本文对采用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光针治疗肾小球肾炎５２例近期疗效进行分析和探讨。并根据不同临床类型，进行了血、尿常规，尿蛋白定量，肾功能，免疫学等综合指标的分组观察。结果显示，Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光治疗组疗效显著，其中慢性肾炎普通型和急性发作型疗效更佳。实践证明该疗法可作为慢性肾炎的现代治疗方法之一。
Fifty two cases of glomerulonephritis were treated by He-Ne laser.The short-term effect was estimated based on comprehensive indexes of blood and urine routine examinations,quantitative examination of urinary protein,renal function and immunology.It was found that the therapeutic effect on the common chronic and acute attack of nephritis was satisfactory,meaning that He-Ne laser is one of the modern methods for the treatment of nephritis.
