Warm Moxibustion with moxa sticks was applied at Shenque(CV 8) and Zusanli (ST 36) points every other day for two months,and the changes of contents of some microclements and Ca in the halr of the aged were observed.It was shown that the contents of Mn,Zn and Ca were increased(P<0;05 or P<0.01) and those of Cu and Fe were slightly increased(P>0.05).It suggests that moxibustion for health care can regulate the contents of certain microelements in the aged to meet the needs of the body,which is benefical to delaying ageing.
